Clinics
Care comes first.
We build hospitals and clinics, and we operate multiple of them. Each one is a Clinical Deployment Environment [CDE].
A visit
Healthcare Administration
Open the visit record and prepare the handoff to the care team.
Patient Triage
Record the reason for the visit and assess what needs attention first.
Examination
Take the history, examine, and record the findings that guide the next decision.
Lab Tests
Carry out the tests ordered for the visit and return their results.
Medication Prescription
Record the treatment plan, including medication when indicated and instructions for its use.
Patient Follow-Up
Return to the episode to establish what happened after the visit and what care is needed next.
What was known
A visit for persistent tiredness
One primary care visit, followed through its decisions: from the first account of a symptom to the evidence gathered and the outcome at follow-up.
Commit the expectation.
Then open the result.
Initial differential
Tiredness is recorded as the reason for the visit. The clinician commits a ranked list of possible explanations before seeing the next evidence.
Findings and orders
History and examination add evidence. The clinician records the findings and any tests ordered. An updated differential is optional.
- Sealed step
Expected test results
Before opening the ordered results, the clinician records what each test is expected to show. Results are designed to stay sealed until those expectations are committed.
Expectation recorded · results may now be opened
Final diagnosis and plan
With the results available, the clinician records the diagnosis and care plan. The earlier expectations remain part of the episode.
Follow-up
What happened to the tiredness after the visit?
Follow-up establishes the outcome, adding later evidence to the same episode.
Care takes priority over the research sequence. When a result must be opened early, the method allows the reason to be recorded.

Each visit is designed to become one dated episode: what was expected, what was found and what happened next. The map shows how episodes are intended to support research as the method develops.
Privacy
The method is designed to separate identifying information from research records and retain a record of what was changed or withheld. That separation belongs inside the clinic, before anything leaves for research.
Audio, attachments and images can still contain identifying details. Changing identifiers alone does not establish anonymity. The visit illustrated here was written for this page and contains no patient data.
Follow-up
During the visit
Preserve the prediction and the evidence available when it was made.
At follow-up
Establish the outcome using evidence obtained after the visit.
The intended comparison keeps the earlier prediction separate from what was learned later, so a model can be assessed against the outcome rather than only the reasoning recorded during the visit.
