Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-08-23

These terms govern your use of arcophos.com and its subdomains, including the careers portal at arcophos.com/careers (the “Site”), operated by Arcophos Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Arcophos”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to them. healthcarereviewer.com and work.healthcarereviewer.com are separate services governed by their own terms.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes: reading about our work, contacting us, and applying for roles. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in ways that degrade service, misrepresent your identity, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious. Security research is welcome only under our Responsible Disclosure Policy; testing outside it is not permitted.

Careers submissions

When you apply for a role you confirm that the information and files you submit are accurate, that you own or have the right to share them, and that they contain no one else’s confidential information. You keep ownership of what you submit and grant Arcophos a license to use it for evaluating your application. Submitting an application creates no obligation on Arcophos to interview, hire, or respond within a particular time, and it does not form an employment relationship. Arcophos is an equal-opportunity employer and evaluates applicants without regard to characteristics protected by applicable law. How we handle applicant information is described in our Privacy Notice.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, the Arcophos name and marks, and our research outputs are owned by Arcophos or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages; you may not reproduce, modify, or exploit Site content commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law or by a separate license stated on the page.

Research content and no professional advice

Research pages, benchmarks, and examples are provided for information only. They are not medical, clinical, legal, or investment advice, and no clinical decision should rely on them. Synthetic clinical scenarios used in our evaluation work are not real patient records.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (for example hosting, bot protection, and storage) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms and notices apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcophos and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Arcophos against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these terms or harms the Site or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to how applications are handled will be reflected in the Privacy Notice as well.
