Arcophos Privacy Notice

Last updated 2026-08-23

This notice explains what personal information Arcophos Inc. (“Arcophos”, “we”) collects on arcophos.com — including the careers portal at arcophos.com/careers — why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It has been prepared for review by our counsel and may be updated; the date above tells you when it last changed.

Who we are

Arcophos Inc. is a Delaware corporation. For any privacy question or request, email info@arcophos.com. Our Privacy Officer is Ryan Anderson. This notice covers arcophos.com and its subdomains; healthcarereviewer.com and work.healthcarereviewer.com are separate services with their own terms and notices.

What we collect, and why

Website visitors. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps) to run and secure the site. We do not run page analytics.

Visitor identification pixel. Production pages load a website-visitor identification script from Apollo.io. It sets cookies and uses your IP address and device information to infer the organization you are visiting from and, where Apollo already holds a matching business profile, to identify you as a business contact. We use this for business-to-business outreach only. You can prevent it with an ad or tracker blocker, by blocking third-party cookies, or by emailing us to opt out; we do not use it to target individuals outside a business context.

Contact form. When you use Reach Out we collect your name, email address and message, and deliver them by email to our team inbox. Submissions pass through spam screening (a hidden honeypot field and a per-address rate limit); we keep the message as long as needed to respond.

Job applicants. When you apply for a role we collect your name, phone number, email address, GitHub profile (required), optional X and LinkedIn profiles, your answers to the application questions, your résumé (PDF), and an optional evidence file. Files upload directly to our Google Cloud Storage bucket; the application record is stored in our recruiting database and reviewed by Arcophos staff in our internal hiring tool. Submissions are protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. We use this information solely to evaluate your application and to contact you about it.

We do not operate a newsletter and we do not sell personal information.

Legal bases and your choices

We process personal information to respond to your requests, to consider your application, to run and secure our website, and for our legitimate business interests in business-to-business outreach, each as permitted by applicable privacy laws. Where consent is required, we ask for it. You can decline cookies and trackers through your browser, opt out of outreach by replying to any message or emailing us, and ask us to delete your application at any time.

How long we keep it

Applications are retained while the role is open and for up to two years afterwards so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contact-form messages are retained as long as needed to handle the request. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security. Retention follows our Data Retention and Disposal Policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: Vercel (website hosting), Google Cloud (storage and databases), Cloudflare (DNS, bot protection), Google Workspace (email), Upstash (request rate limiting), and Apollo.io (the visitor identification pixel described above). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.

International transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States (with some storage in the European Union). If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in those locations under safeguards required by applicable law.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to personnel who need it, and our controls are maintained under a SOC 2 compliance program. Applicant files are held in a private storage bucket and the public application form cannot read back submitted applications. If you believe you have found a security issue, see our responsible disclosure page.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing or outreach. Email info@arcophos.com; we will respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes that affect how we use information you have already given us will be communicated before the new use begins.
